Monthly compliance support

Month by month

Someone else keeps your registers and policies current.

Each month you send what happened: the incidents, the complaints, the new workers, anything that changed. We update the registers and the policies, tell you what is missing, and put an owner and a due date on every open item. Four mock audits a year, an annual gap review and one remote audit support day come with it.

A$199, A$349 or A$629 a month, depending on your worker count, your sites and your SIL scope. We do not charge GST, so that is what you pay. View fees for the tier rules and the three month minimum.

Tiers and fees

Which tier are you?

Your worker count, your number of sites and your SIL scope decide the tier. Three months minimum by direct debit, then it runs month to month. We do not charge GST, so these are the amounts you pay.

TierApplies whenMonthly fee
Micro10 or fewer workers, with no SIL and no more than one site.A$199 a month
Standard11 to 39 workers where no complex trigger applies, or a single site SIL provider with 10 or fewer workers.A$349 a month
ComplexMore than one site, 40 or more workers, or SIL beyond a single site or with more than 10 workers. Any one trigger places the provider in the complex tier.A$629 a month

Over the three month minimum the total is A$597 for Micro, A$1,047 for Standard or A$1,887 for Complex.

Your first month of monthly support comes free with a registration preparation project. Take it and you are committing to months two and three at your tier. That is A$398 for Micro, A$698 for Standard or A$1,258 for Complex. Turn it down and nothing about your project changes.

If your policies or registers need rebuilding before any of this makes sense, we will say so and start there.

Tier definitions

Workers
Workers means employees, contractors and active casual workers engaged by your entity who deliver or manage supports. Workers engaged by other providers through a platform are outside your count.
Sites
A site is a premises where you deliver supports or base workers, such as a SIL house or an office. Community supports delivered from one base count as one site. Micro and Standard each cover one site. Complex covers every site and register set in the entity.
Complex tier
More than one site, 40 or more workers, or SIL beyond a single site or with more than 10 workers places the provider in Complex. Any one trigger places the provider in the complex tier.
High intensity scope
High intensity supports change the registration preparation pathway, not the monthly service tier.

Monthly support

Six things happen every month.

Impact memo

A short note on what changed in the rules, which standards it touches and what it means for your service. It sets out the decisions you need to make, the things to watch and the actions. If nothing changed, the note says exactly that.

Policy currency

When a rule changes and it touches your scope, the affected policies are updated within five business days of us confirming it. If we need a decision from you first, you get a tracked action inside the same five days.

Registers

Your incident, complaint and risk registers get read for missing fields, overdue actions, review dates and closeout evidence. We work from the records you send, not from guesses.

Evidence filing

Everything you send is named, dated, versioned and filed where it belongs. Gaps and open items stay visible instead of quietly disappearing into a folder.

Priority support

Ask something urgent and you get an answer within one Australian business day, with a name on it and a next step or a date.

Service record

Completed work, open decisions, your actions, changed documents and the deadlines coming up all carry over into next month's record.

Quarterly and annual controls

Quarterly reviews and audit support.

  • Four mock audits a year. Once a quarter we take a sample of your policies, registers and evidence, chosen by where the risk sits, and hand back an action list.
  • Annual internal gap review. Once every rolling 12 months your documents are checked against the agreed NDIS practice standards and your scope. Back comes a written report, a ranked plan, a look through your evidence index and a written debrief.
  • Audit day support. One scheduled day each rolling 12 months. We handle the evidence requests, draft the responses and keep the action log while you deal with the auditor. We attend remotely unless you ask otherwise.

What stays with you

What your team does.

We keep the documents current. You run the service: the shifts, the workers, the incident investigations, the notifications and the attestations only you can sign. Everything we write is built from the records and approvals you give us.

Three months minimum by direct debit, then month to month. Either side can end it in writing. The service stops at the end of a billing period, at least a month after the notice, and never before your three months are up. Your agreement records the activation date, the billing date and the day the minimum term ends. A bigger scope is quoted by written change order.

Guarantee. If an approved auditor identifies a nonconformity that traces directly to a document we prepared, we correct that document free of charge under the engagement terms.

Monthly handoff

You send new entries, source documents and decisions through the agreed channel. Anything that lands after the monthly cut off rolls into the next cycle, unless we agree it is priority or urgent. We only work inside the permissions you have given us.
