How we work

How the work actually runs

From your first email to documents your team can use.

Nothing gets drafted until the scope is agreed with you in writing. Every regulatory claim in a document is checked against the source it came from, with the date of that check recorded. The principal reads and approves each document before it goes out, free scorecards included. Fixed prices for small NDIS providers are on the fees page.

How we prepare the work

Four steps from enquiry to handover.

At every point you can see the scope, the sources, the documents and who checked them.

Agree the scope

Before any paid work starts, your entity, supports, sites and audit modules are agreed in writing. So are the exclusions, the evidence owners and the timing.

Check the sources

Every requirement carries the source it came from and the date we checked it. We work out which of your services it applies to, and label anything that is an estimate or an assumption. Questions that turn on your state or territory are flagged as such.

Prepare the documents

The agreed policies, registers and evidence index get written, along with your self assessment or your response material. Owners and review dates go in where your scope calls for them.

Check and hand over

Documents are checked back against the sources and the agreed scope. The written handover lists what evidence is still missing, what is still an open question and what happens next.

What arrives depends on the service: a scorecard, a policy set, a self assessment, an organised evidence folder, an audit response plan or a monthly action record.

Prepared work with clear ownership

Documents that support your decisions.

We write the documents and build the evidence folder, item by item. Your team is the part that puts the procedures into practice, keeps the records honest and approves what gets submitted. You appoint your own auditor, and the auditor and the Commission make their own decisions.

We ask for the minimum client data the work needs, and strip identifying details wherever that is possible. Each client's material sits in its own encrypted space. It is never used for marketing, and never for anything outside the engagement.

From policy to practice

A policy with nobody's name on it and no review date is not much use at an audit. Nor is a register that stopped being filled in eight months ago. The scorecard shows you where those gaps are. Keeping them closed is the ongoing work.
