What we do, and who to call for everything else.
We write compliance documents and get small NDIS providers ready for an audit. Everything in the list below needs someone else, and it is cheaper to go straight to them. Aged care is not something we take on yet, so email us if you want to hear when that changes.

A solicitor advises on legal questions, a tax agent on tax and a health practitioner on clinical care. Your approved auditor assesses the evidence independently.
When you contact a specialist, give them the service, the site, the deadline and your question. Once they have answered, we can prepare the documents that put their advice into practice.
Who to contact
- Legal advice. Ask a solicitor about contracts, liability, disputes, employment duties or your legal rights.
- Audit decisions. Ask an independent approved quality auditor, because we never make the audit decision and never audit a provider whose documents we prepared. Read the auditor independence guide before you engage anyone.
- Accounting and tax. Ask a qualified accountant or registered tax agent about tax, bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Recruitment, HR and IT. Ask a recruitment agency or an employment relations specialist about hiring, pay and workforce policy. Ask a qualified IT adviser about systems and security.
- Marketing. Ask a marketing agency for brand, lead generation and advertising work.
- Rostering and claiming software. Ask your vendor's support team or an implementation specialist. We work alongside whichever system you use.
- Clinical advice. Ask the relevant registered health practitioner for clinical content, assessments, treatment decisions and clinical records.
- Hospitals and residential aged care. Ask a compliance firm that works in hospitals or residential aged care.
What we do
We do four things. The free Registration Readiness Scorecard gives you a starting view across six areas. Registration preparation is a fixed price project for an agreed registration or audit scope. Monthly support keeps your policies, registers and evidence up to date. Audit Rescue triages a written finding, then quotes a fixed response.
Scope and guarantee
Clearharbour is a compliance consultancy. Inside a written scope we write your policies, build your evidence folder and prepare your team for the audit. We are not a law firm and not an approved quality auditor, and we never audit a provider whose documents we prepared.
The relevant authority or auditor makes the decision. That covers registration, certification, audit, renewal, compliance status and notice closure. There is no guarantee of any such outcome.
If an approved auditor identifies a nonconformity that traces directly to a document we prepared, we correct that document free under the engagement terms. It does not reach your own records, your submissions or your operations, and it does not cover evidence accuracy or a decision made for another reason.
We keep client material to the minimum the work needs, and strip identifying details wherever that is possible. It is never used for marketing, and never for anything outside the engagement.
Nothing on this page removes a right or remedy the law says cannot be removed. The correction commitment adds to your other rights rather than replacing them.
