Registration Sprint · fixed scope · auditor and regulator decisions stay independent.

O2 · fixed project

Turn a confirmed pathway into a client-owned preparation pack.

For one provider entity and one agreed NDIS registration, renewal or audit-preparation scope. The work configures the relevant policy suite, maps the self-assessment and evidence, prepares nominated people for auditor questions and includes two post-audit remediation rounds.

Pathways and fees

Fixed price for the agreed shape of work.

The price cannot be chosen to change the pathway. If the facts indicate another pathway or module, the scope matrix is revised or another next step is recommended.

Included

Configured work, not an unconfigured template folder.

  • Pathway and scope matrix covering entity, supports, modules, locations, evidence owners, milestones and exclusions.
  • Relevant policy suite instantiated with provider roles, workflows, document control and review dates.
  • Pathway-aligned self-assessment draft with evidence references, assumptions, open questions and sign-off points.
  • Controlled evidence index, crosswalk, file-naming/version rules, evidence-owner list and remediation tracker.
  • Key-personnel question set, role-specific evidence prompts and written preparation material; any live preparation is optional and separately arranged.
  • Auditor brief, request/response log, client-approved response drafts and a written handover pack after the client contracts the auditor.
  • Two consolidated post-audit remediation rounds within the agreed sprint scope.

How the sprint runs

Visible milestones and client decisions.

Scope brief

Set out facts, supports, status, target pathway, modules, sites, dates and responsibilities in writing.

Scope lock

Sign, pay 50% upfront, provide the secure intake and confirm the matrix before drafting proceeds.

Pack build

Review the configured policies, self-assessment, evidence index, owners and open gaps.

Handover

Prepare nominated people, provide the written handover to the client-appointed auditor and use up to two response rounds.

Typical duration is four to six weeks from signed engagement, first payment and complete intake. It is a working estimate, not a promise about a regulator or auditor date. Client feedback, evidence and factual approvals are dependencies.

What stays with you

Real operations must generate real evidence.

For SIL/high-intensity work, you provide real service-delivery and practice evidence. Clearharbour does not create historical evidence, backdate a record or represent that an operation occurred when it did not.

  • The client contracts and pays the auditor directly.
  • The client remains the applicant/attestor and approves factual submissions.
  • Implementation, worker practice, service delivery and record accuracy remain client responsibilities.
  • Auditor, Commission and other third-party fees are excluded.

Included first retainer month

An O2 client may attach the first month of the Compliance Partner Retainer at no additional fee, subject to scope confirmation and an O3 order. It begins after evidence-pack delivery, is not cash-refundable and the O3 three-month minimum still applies if activated.

Regulatory scope note

For the current NDIS transition, the local due-diligence canon uses this narrow wording: 1 July 2026 starts the mandatory-registration rollout; new SIL/platform providers need registration, while existing unregistered SIL providers have a transition and must apply by 1 October 2026 to continue.
